Just went there at 9:30 and asked for my food fresh and didn't mind the wait, and was given gross chewy chicken that was no way at the temperature it was supposed to be to safely serve food. This has happened on multiple occasions where the chicken is literally barley warmer than room temperature, this is a serious food safety concern. It is also very rude to ignore a customer request for fresh food when it literally takes 3 minutes to cook a new piece of chicken, it's just laziness.
